Our shot has beetroot in its name, but you taste something else straight away. That is ginger. It is not on the label for decoration. It is one of three ingredients and it has a real job to do.
Why ginger in a beetroot shot
Beetroot is earthy and slightly sweet. On its own, as a shot, it can be heavy going. Many athletes told us they had to force shots like that down.
Ginger changes that. It brings sharpness and warmth that cut through the earthiness of beetroot. Lemon adds acidity and lifts it all. Together they taste like something you want to drink, not something to tick off.
How it differs from a pure ginger shot
A classic ginger shot is mostly ginger and lemon, often with apple juice or honey. It is short and very sharp.
In ours the ginger is clear, but it does not play alone. Beetroot gives it a background: depth, colour and natural sweetness, with no added sugar. You get the character of ginger, served more gently.
What exactly is in the bottle
Three ingredients: beetroot, ginger and lemon. All organic, certified PL-EKO-07. No added sugar and no preservatives. 60 ml in a glass bottle.
The recipe was not made in a lab. It comes from the kitchen of one of our grandmothers.
Who this shot is for
- You like ginger, but a pure ginger shot is too much for you.
- You drink ginger shots and want something with more depth of flavour.
- You want a shot with a short ingredient list that you can drink every day.
Many players drink it before training or a match, as a fixed part of their routine.
How to try it
The easiest start is the three-shot trial pack. And if you already know you like it, there is the box of 12.
